The Process
We will provide tailor made packages to suit the needs of each organisation, offering good valued quality services.
Once we have discussed the move with you, we will submit a plan for the whole operation on a strictly no obligation basis together with a realistic quotation including full insurance cover.
Once the quotation is accepted you can leave us to look after everything involved. We will arrive on the appointed day with all the necessary equipment, packing containers, and materials and then proceed through the building to a working schedule. A named senior member of our company will be available to you at all times to deal with the slightest problem.

We don’t just pay lip service to providing a first class service, we have a qualified trade team who have undergone both regular in-house training programs, plus annual external courses, on the latest packing and lifting techniques, new export packing materials, wrapping techniques, truck weight distribution, inventory documentation, amongst many others. Our commitment has earnt us a ‘Service Provider of the Year’ award from the Chamber of Commerce.
We regularly visit, and carry out meticulous inspections on, all of our International Partners and Agents. This is our way of ensuring you can expect to receive consistently high levels of customer service every time and in every place.
Green Policy
We are committed to making our service delivery environmentally friendly and reducing emissions; as such all of our vehicles of 7.5T or higher are of Euro 6 standard. These are the cleanest and most environmentally friendly vehicles available.
As part of Burke Bros Moving Group’s corporate social responsibility strategy, we also integrate sustainable waste solutions into our daily business activities. In light of the increasing urgency for individuals to reduce their carbon footprint and of businesses and organisations to take responsibility for the effects of their business activities on the environment; we are committed to reducing waste and reducing what we discard. We hold a record of a 100% recycling rate; none of our waste goes to landfill; this has been recognised through our receiving of a global ecology award by the Pan American International Movers Association (PAIMA).
As a further added value measure, we distribute unwanted, re-usable furniture to voluntary sector organisations.
