The BAR training department organized the FCRM program to be delivered on site at Burke Bros premises in Wolverhampton.
Lisa Wilson, BAR’s training manager, said training is so important that I was delighted to organize this training for Burke Bros. We were able to speak to the tutors and have them adjust their sessions to Burke Bros operational style. Derek Payne, who lectures on contract conditions, said that he was better able to tailor his session specifically. Also it means that colleagues can learn from each other and the knowledge is put back into the company, However, what is also welcoming is to see a company understand the importance of training for its staff and how motivational that message is to the rest of the company.
The FCRM is an important part of the CPC structure, and provides a good foundation into removals management.
