As the Brexit deadline looms we have seen extraordinary demand for moves to France, as well as Cyprus and Portugal, for customers wanting to make the move before there is a change in regulations once we leave the EU. Alongside this, we’ve since an equally intense demand for moves within the UK encouraged by the effects of lockdown and the stamp duty holiday. Customers are making the move for a number of reasons; some to move to more rural areas or to move to larger properties, whilst some commercial moves are relocating to smaller premises.
