Our agents in Nigeria have informed us that the revised Nigerian Import Guidelines, which require that all Nigeria-bound containerized cargo be palletized, has been suspended indefinitely.
The law has been strongly contested and port authorities are hoping for it to be cancelled altogether. For the moment, loads do not need to be palletized and can be loose cargo loads.
