Jacob Heaton will be representing us at the Young Movers Conference in Belgium this week to keep ahead of the latest industry trends. We look forward to him flying the flag for Burke Bros Moving Group!
The BAR has relaunched its Young Movers Group with the intention of encouraging and supporting under 35s in the industry to help combat an emerging skills shortage and showing millennials how rewarding a career in the industry can be.
This year’s conference is hosted by the Belgian Association of Movers, taking place in Belgium and including a trip to Antwerp’s docks.
Jake will be joining around 180 young industry professionals from all over the world, benefitting from an educational and networking environment and hearing from specialists on a range of industry topics. The conference provides an opportunity to absorb industry knowledge as well as making new contacts and renewing existing ones.
