There was a sterling effort by a team of our drivers and porters as they headed to Wales last weekend to take on Mount Snowdon to raise funds for local hospice, Compton Care.
As Wales’ highest mountain, dominating the skyline of North West Wales, the 1,085 metre (3,560 feet) peak makes for a challenging hike with little shelter from the elements. The lads completed the climb in around 5 hours.
Compton Care are a charity who offer care and support to those who have a complex diagnosis or an incurable condition. They allow people to live the best life possible when they are really struggling.
A team of dedicated volunteers work day to day to offer a range of support at Compton Care, both on site and in the community.
If you would like to donate, it’s not too late- please take a look at the team’s ‘Just Giving’ page here.
