This enables them to create a detailed moving quote without actually visiting your home.
All that you need for this method of survey is a smartphone or tablet and an internet connection.
Our advisors will arrange a convenient day and time for the video survey to be carried out. A surveyor will guide you through the process and garner all the information needed to generate an accurate quote. Importantly, the video survey still allows you to discuss your move with our surveyor, ask questions and clarify any concerns you may have.
This mode of survey enables our surveyors to operate at a distance from you and also offers our customers a greater level of convenience.
We are still offering in-home services, whereby a surveyor will visit the premises, conforming to Covid19 protocol, and obtain the same information regarding the volume to be moved, access to the premises
