“…….I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service my Dad and I received last month during his move.
Firstly, unsurprisingly the whole process of selling and buying was a nightmare 11 months which culminated in us being given 3 days notice in order to make arrangements for the move, and although he had already been packed and ready to go for a while and didn’t have many belongings to take with him I was happily surprised to contact your company and for you not only to be available at such short notice but also to have dealt with so many nice individuals associated with Burke Bros. I’m afraid I don’t remember any of their names but everyone from the person that took my original call, the sales person that came to perform the quote and the two guys that actually performed the move were absolutely brilliant.
A special mention for the two on the day who arrived early, were very quick loading the van and even went to another property to help another team complete a move also. As I should have expected, the day did not exactly go smoothly, but the older gentleman employee of yours gave us some great advice and did a great job of reassuring us throughout the whole day. The van wasn’t completely emptied until after 6pm, however your two guys did not exert any pressure on us or complain about the wait. They’re a real credit to your company.
Rest assured that I will happily recommend you all to anyone who comes looking for advice. Thanks again.”
