We are seeking an ‘International Sales Co-ordinator’ to work with our growing International Department at our head office in Wolverhampton.
Reporting to our International Manager, the role will involve the effective management of removal enquires, the targeting of specific markets, pursuing sales opportunities and liaising with clients to establish their specific requirements.
The International Sales Co-ordinator will keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
We’ll need our new team member to monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques. We’ll also need them to recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
It will also involve resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have some experience in telemarketing, a dedication to learning about the international removals industry and have a drive to ensure that our International Department continues to flourish.
