We have been advised that the Port of Felixstowe continues to experience service interruptions following the implementation of a new terminal operating system. These issues are impacting all associated shipping lines and vessel arrival times and collection/delivery slots.
Shipping lines are working to maintain service levels and minimise impact on bookings. In the short-term this means that selected vessels will be diverted when it is necessary to do so for the continuity of service.
